Objective: To investigate and analyze the psychological status and related factors of patients with cervical cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: from March 2017 to June 2019, 94 patients who underwent chemotherapy after radical operation of cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. The general information, self rating Depression Scale (SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and social support of the patients were investigated. Single factor and multi factor logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors that may affect the patients" depression and anxiety. Results: according to the standard score of SDS, there were 48 patients without depression (51.06%), 28 patients with mild depression (29.79%), 15 patients with moderate depression (15.96%) and 3 patients with severe depression (3.19%). According to SAS standard score evaluation standard, 52 patients (55.32%) had no anxiety, 32 patients (34.04%) had mild anxiety, 9 patients (9.57%) had moderate anxiety and 1 patient (1.06%) had severe anxiety. The results of single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that social support, average annual income of family, age and understanding of disease were the important factors (P<0.05). Social support, adverse effects of chemotherapy, education and understanding of the disease were the important factors affecting anxiety (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with cervical cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy have a wide range of anxiety and depression. The main factors affecting anxiety and depression include social support, economic conditions, age and understanding of the disease.
