| 目的：观察中药蒸脐疗法辅助治疗对消化道肿瘤腹水改善及患者生活质量的影响。方法：将2017年2月至2018年12月我院收治的90例消化道肿瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以中药蒸脐疗法辅助治疗,2组连续治疗8周。观察记录2组腹水量、腹围、24小时尿量及生活质量改善状况,评估2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗后,观察组总有效率82.2%,明显高于对照组总有效率为53.3%(χ2=8.598,P＜0.05)；两组治疗后腹水液性暗区最大直径、平脐腹围较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且观察组治疗后腹水液性暗区最大直径和平脐腹围均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后24小时尿量较治疗前升高(P＜0.05),且观察组治疗后24小时尿量高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组生活质量改善率77.8%,明显高于对照组改善率46.7%(χ2=9.265,P＜0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论：中药蒸脐疗法能够有效减少消化道肿瘤患者腹腔积液,缩小平脐腹围,增加排尿量,提高患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of steamed navel therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on improvement of ascites and quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods: 90 patients with digestive tract tumor admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was given steamed navel therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After treated continuously for 8 weeks, the ascites volume, abdominal circumference, 24-hour urine volume and quality of life of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 82.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.3%) (χ2=8.598,P＜0.05).After treatment, the maximum diameter of the dark area of ascites fluid and the flat umbilical peritoneum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The urine volume in the 24 hours after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), which in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was 77.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=9.265,P＜0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion: The application of steamed navel therapy with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment with gastrointestinal tumor can effectively reduce the ascites of patients with digestive tract tumor, reduce the umbilical peritoneum, and increase the amount of urination, which improve the quality of life of patients, with no obvious adverse reactions. |
