| Klotho基因是一种与衰老有关的基因,其主要表达部位是肾近端和远端小管、大脑脉络丛和甲状旁腺。近年来研究发现,慢性肾脏病(CKD)是一种klotho缺乏状态,klotho与矿物质代谢和血管钙化、肾组织氧化应激、炎症反应、肾脏纤维化等作用机制密切相关,从而影响CKD的发生发展。本文就近年来klotho在慢性肾脏病中的作用研究进展进行综述。 |

| The Klotho gene is a gene associated with aging and is expressed mainly in proximal and distal renal tubules, choroid plexus and parathyroid glands. In recent years, chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been found to be a klotho deficiency. Klotho is closely related to mineral metabolism, vascular calcification, oxidative stress of renal tissues, inflammatory response, renal fibrosis and other mechanisms of action, thus affecting the occurrence and development of CKD. This paper reviews the research progress of Klotho in chronic kidney disease in recent years. |
