      目的:探讨分析复方海蛇胶囊辅助治疗老年痴呆症疗效及对患者血清炎症介质、血管紧张素II(AngⅡ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的影响。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的老年痴呆症患者82例,将其随机分为观察组42例、对照组40例,对照组给予复方吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方海蛇胶囊,两组患者均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前后长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、简易治理状况检查表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、白介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)以及AngII、CGRP水平变化。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者HDS、MMSE评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),两组ADL评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者HDS、MMSE评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而ADL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IL-18、TNF-α、INF-γ、Ang II均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),CGRP较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者血清IL-18、TNF-α、INF-γ、Ang II显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而CGRP显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方海蛇胶囊辅助治疗老年痴呆症可有效促进患者临床治疗疗效的提高,改善患者认知功能及日常生活能力,其作用可能与减轻神经炎症反应、促进神经毒性物质清除等有关,值得临床推广。

      Objective: To investigate the effect of compound sea snake Capsule on Alzheimer"s disease and the expression of serum inflammatory mediators, AngⅡ and CGRP. Methods: 82 patients with Alzheimer"s disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group (42 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The control group was given compound piracetam cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablet orally, and the observation group was given compound sea snake Capsule on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The changes of HDS, MMSE, ADL, IL-18, TNF - α, IFN - γ, AngII and CGRP were compared before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, HDS and MMSE scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), ADL scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and HDS and MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while ADL scores were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-18, TNF- α, INF - γ and Ang II in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), CGRP was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the serum levels of IL-18, TNF - α, INF- γ and Ang II in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while CGRP was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound sea snake capsule can effectively promote the clinical therapeutic effect of Alzheimer"s disease, improve the cognitive function and daily life ability of patients, and its effect may be related to reducing neuroinflammatory reaction and promoting the elimination of neurotoxic substances, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
