| 目的 探讨电针联合中药热熨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法 选择行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者62 例随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组31 例。对照组给予术后常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予电针联合中药热熨治疗。观察术后患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间、术后住院天数,术后4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h腹痛、腹胀评分及恶心呕吐评分,干预期间的不良反应。结果 治疗组治疗后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、术后住院天数均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；术后4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h腹痛、腹胀评分及4 h、12 h、24 h恶心呕吐评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组均无不良反应发生。结论 电针联合中药热熨能有效缩短腹腔镜胆囊切除术胃肠动力恢复时间,有效改善患者症状,减少病人的痛苦,加速病人的恢复,且安全性高。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot iron on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty-two patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, and the treatment group was given electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot iron treatment on the basis of routine care. The patients" first exhaust time, first defecation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h abdominal pain , abdominal distension score and nausea and vomiting score were observed. Results The first exhaust time, the first defecation time and the postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after surgery, The scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and nausea and vomiting at 4 h, 12 h and 24 h were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot iron can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, effectively improve patients" symptoms, reduce patient"s pain, accelerate patient recovery, and have high safety. |
