| 目的：甲沟炎是临床常见且多发的疾病,当复发和疼痛时,通常需要手术治疗。本研究旨在提出一种治疗甲沟炎简单易行的术式。方法：所选的2017年8月至2019年6月 对60例甲沟炎患者进行手术治疗。对照组采用部分拔甲术,观察组采用部分拔甲联合梭形整形术。评估所有患者术后临床疗效以及复发率。结果：部分拔甲术联合梭形整形术重建了病变甲沟,根本上解除了嵌甲病因,治愈率高,术后恢复快,复发率低。结论：运用该技术治疗甲沟炎,术后复发率低,新生趾甲美观,畸形改善明显,因此,应该考虑作为甲沟炎的常规术式。 |

| Objective: Paronychia is a common and frequent disease in the clinic. When recurrence and pain occur, surgery is usually required.To evaluate the clinical effect of partial nail plate resection combined with fusiform surgery in the treatment of paronychia. Methods: Sixty patients with paronychia admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were treated with surgery. Partial nail plate resection was used in the control group, and the treatment group was treated combined with fusiform surgery. All patients were evaluated for postoperative clinical effect and recurrence rates. Results: partial nail plate resection combined with fusiform surgery reconstructed the diseased sulcus, which basically relieved the cause of ingrown nails, with a high cure rate, rapid recovery after surgery, and low recurrence rate. Discussion: The use of this technology to treat paronychia, the postoperative recurrence rate is low, the new toenail looks beautiful, and the deformity is obviously improved. Therefore, it should be considered as a routine procedure for paronychia. |
