| 目的：研究丛生蛋白(CLU)在子宫内膜各种病变组织中的表达，探讨其在预警子宫内膜癌前病变和早期癌变的价值。方法：采用免疫组化方法对研究组（包括子宫内膜不典型增生28 例和子宫内膜癌25例）和对照组（包括正常子宫内膜28例和子宫内膜增生29例）进行Clusterin蛋白受体测定。结果：CLU在研究组中表达阴性、+、++分别为16例、14例、23例，而在对照组则为38例，17例，2例，研究组明显高于对照组，两者经统计学检验差异有显著性（χ2=44.278,P＜0.05）；且CLU在子宫不典型增生和子宫内膜癌亚组的表达组间比较差异有显著性（χ2=18.010,P＜0.05）。结论：CLU的高表达与子宫内膜不典型增生和子宫内膜癌密切相关,可作为早期子宫内膜癌的一个重要指标。 |

| Objective To determine the association between the abnormal expression of clusterin and endometrial diseases. Methods We measured the expressions of clusterin in research group(including 28 endometrium with atypical hyperplasia and 25 endometrial carcinomas )and control group (including 28 normal endometrium and 29 endometrium with simple hyperplasia ) by immunohistochemical technique. Results In research ,tissues the expression of clu (-) ,(+), (++) were16,14,23 ,and in control tissues were 38,17,2 . The expressions of clustrin in the research tissues were significantly higher than those in control tissues (p＜0.05). Similarly, The expressions of clustrin in endometrial carcinomas tissues were significantly higher than those in endometrium with atypical hyperplasia (p＜0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of Clusterin occurs in endometrial neoplasia,early during cell transformation,It may be a biomarker of Screening,early diagnosis in endometrial carcinomas.ning,early diagnosis in endometrial carcinomas. |
