| 目的 探讨采用自体腓骨长肌肌腱转移结合带线锚钉治疗腓骨肌腱滑脱症的临床效果。 方法 整理自2017年10月—2018年07月我院收治的腓骨肌腱滑脱患者13例，男性9例，女性4例，其中左踝关节3例，右踝关节10例。结果 13例均获得随访，随访时间为10-16个月，平均12个月，13例患者均未出现切口感染，肌腱再次滑脱等情况，术后踝关节疼痛明显好转，运动功能恢复，踝关节功能应用Mazur踝关节症状与功能评分系统评分，优11例，良好2例，平均分91.75±3.46分。结论 自体腓骨长肌肌腱转移结合带线锚钉治疗腓骨肌腱滑脱的手术方法获得了满意的临床效果，术后踝关节功能恢复良好。 |

| To explore the curative effect of treating the Peroneal tendon dislocation combined Self transfer of tendon with Suture anchor.Methods From October 2017 to July 2018,13 patients with Peroneal tendon dislocation were treated using Self transfer of tendon with Suture anchor. nine males and three females were included,with 3 left foot injured and 9 right foot injured.Results The patients were followed up from 10 months to 16 months with an average time of 12 months.All wounds were healed well without infection,dislocatio．the ankle pain was significantly improved after surgery，and the motor function recovered．The function of the ankle was evaluated by Mazur’s Ankle symptoms and function scoring system,the average score was 91.75±3.46．Conclusion It is effective to treat the Peroneal tendon dislocation combined Self transfer of tendon with Suture anchor,and the motor function satisfactory recovery. |
