| 探讨瞬目反射检测在面神经炎的诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法 收集64例发病1-10天的特发性面神经炎患者，在患者入组时进行健、患侧瞬目反射的检测。之后采用相同的治疗方案治疗，每15天对患者进行电话回访，直至患者自觉症状完全消失（临床痊愈），及时来院复评面神经功能以确认，并记录临床痊愈时间。比较健侧及患侧面神经瞬目反射的检测结果，及其与患者临床痊愈时间长短的相关性。结果 瞬目反射检测结果显示患侧各波（R1、R2及R2′波）未出波率明显高于健侧，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在瞬目反射出波患者中，患侧各波（R1、R2及R2′波）潜伏期较健侧明显延长，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。瞬目反射出波与未出波患者的痊愈时间分布的比较，差异无统计学意义（Z=-0.641，P=0.522）。结论 瞬目反射在面神经炎发病早期的异常率高，可做为面神经炎的早期诊断客观、量化的诊断指标。 |

| Objective To explore the application value of blink reflex in the diagnosis and prognosis of facial neuritis.Methods 64 patients with idiopathic facial neuritis from 1 to 10 days after onset were collected，the blink reflex on the healthy and the affected side was detected when the patients were enrolled.And then treated with the same therapeutic schedule，all patients were telephone interviewed every 15 days until the patient's conscious symptoms disappeared completely (clinical recovery), and went back to hospital to review the facial nerve function and record the clinical recovery time.To compare the test results of neural blink reflex on the healthy side and the affected side，and its correlation with the clinical recovery time of the patients.Results The blink reflex detection results showed that the absent wave rate of each wave (R1, R2 and R2 'waves) on the affected side was significantly higher than that on the healthy side, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).In the patients with blink reflex, the latency of each wave (R1, R2 and R2 'wave) on the affected side was significantly longer than that on the healthy side, with statistically significant differences (P<0.001).Compared the recovery time distribution between present waves and absent waves in BR cases, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference (Z=-0.641，P=0.522).Conclusion Blink reflex has a high abnormal rate in the early stage of facial neuritis, which can be used as an objective and quantitative diagnostic index for the early diagnosis of facial neuritis. |
