| [目的]总结冯斌教授运用疏肝解郁降逆法治疗癔症性呃逆经验。[方法]通过跟随冯师侍诊学习，对癔症性呃逆的病因病机、治法方药进行总结，分析疏肝解郁降逆法的应用经验，附二则医案佐证疗效。[结果]冯斌教授认为肝气郁结，胃气上逆是癔症性呃逆的主要病机，情志失常是本病的重要病因，气机紊乱，肝失疏泄是本病的发病机制，故予疏肝解郁，降逆止呃为法，以柴胡舒肝散为基础方随证加减，肝胃同治，辅以情志疏导，取得良好疗效。[结论]冯师运用疏肝解郁降逆法治疗癔症性呃逆，疗效满意，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor FENG Bin"s experience in treating hysterical hiccups by soothing liver, relieving depression and lowering the adverse flow of qi.[Method]By following Professor FENG, the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescription of hysterical hiccup were summarized, and the application experience of soothing liver, relieving depression and lowering the adverse flow of qi was analyzed. A medical case was attached to prove the curative effect.[Result]Professor FENG Bin believes that Liver-qi Depression and stomach-qi upstream are the main pathogenesis of hysterical hiccup. Emotional disorder is the main cause of hysterical hiccup. Qi disorder and liver failure are the pathogenesis of this disease. Therefore, the method of relieving Liver-qi Depression and reducing stress and stopping hiccup is given. Chaihu Shugan San is the basis of the prescription to add and subtract according to syndrome, and liver-stomach treatment is supplemented concurrently. Moreover, with psychological guidance, the treatment has obtained good curative effect.[Conclusion]Professor FENG used the method of soothing liver, relieving depression and lowering the adverse flow of qi to treat hysterical hiccup with satisfactory curative effect, which is worth learning from. |
