| 目的 观察改良火针联合308nm准分子光序贯治疗局限性白癜风的疗效。方法 选取克拉玛依市中心医院皮肤科就诊的82例局限性白癜风患者,共112片皮损,既往未使用任何治疗或停用各种治疗2个月以上。白斑区进行火针治疗(一周一次)后序贯308nm高能准分子光治疗,一周二次。3、6月观察治疗效果；黑色素出现时间,治疗治疗效果,副作用。结果 黑素皮岛出现时间最快的两次治疗后出现、平均出现黑色素皮岛时间为4次,3个月后,皮损痊愈30片,显效47片,治愈率26.79%,总有效率68.75%；6月后,损痊愈45片,显效52片,治愈率40.18%,总有效率86.6%；病程≤2年的患者在3月、6月时治疗总有效率高均高于病程>2年(P<0．05)。结论 火针联合308nm准分子光序贯治疗局限性白癜风效果好,副作用少,经济方便。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of modified fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light sequential therapy on localized vitiligo. Methods 82 patients with localized vitiligo were selected from the dermatology department of Karamay Central Hospital. A total of 112 skin lesions were found. No treatment or discontinuation of various treatments were used for more than 2 months in the past. The white spot was treated with fire needle therapy (once a week) followed by 308 nm high energy excimer light therapy twice a week. The therapeutic effect was observed after 3 months and 6 months, and the time of melanin appearance, therapeutic effect and the side effects were observed. Results After two sequential therapies with the fastest time of melanin island appearance, the average time of melanin Island appearance was 6 times. After three months, 30 lesions were cured, 47 were markedly effective, the cure rate was 26.79%, and the total effective rate was 68.75%. After six months, 45 lesions were cured, 52 were markedly effective, the cure rate was 40.18%, and the total effective rate was 86.6%. The total effective rate in the patients whose course of disease was less than 2 years were superior to that in course of disease > 2 years after 3 months and 6 months (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light sequential treatment of localized vitiligo has good effect, less side effects ,cost effective and convenience. |
