| 目的：探讨老年血液透析患者血清血钙、甲状旁腺激素水平与高血压严重程度之间的关系。方法：本院老年肾病血液透析患者依据高血压情况分为：肾病患者血压正常组106例为对照组、肾病患者高血压组144例为病例组，测定两组hs-CRP、Ca、P、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、HbA1c、PTH、FIB水平。结果：病例组Ca、P、PTH、TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB、HbA1c、hs-CRP、FPG均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随着高血压严重程度逐渐增加，Ca、PTH水平逐渐增加，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；Ca、PTH与P、TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB、HbA1c、hs-CRP、FPG正相关关系明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；高水平的TC、Ca、PTH均为高血压发生的危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论：老年肾病血液透析患者伴高血压，血清血钙、甲状旁腺激素水平明显升高，其与高血压严重程度密切相关；高水平的血清血钙、甲状旁腺激素均为老年肾病血液透析患者高血压发生的危险因素。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum calcium and parathyroid hormone levels and severity of hypertension in hemodialysis patients. Methods: In this study, hemodialysis patients were divided into control group (n=106) and case group (n=144) according to the absence or presence of hypertension. Then the levels of hs-CRP, Ca, P, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG, HbA1c, PTH and FIB were measured in two groups. Results: The expressions of Ca, P and PTH in the case group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the case group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). FIB, HbA1c, hs-CRP and FPG were higher in the case group than in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Ca and PTH increased gradually with the increase of the severity of hypertension (P<0.05). Ca and PTH were positively correlated with P, TC, TG, LDL-C, FIB, HbA1c, hs-CRP and FPG (P<0.05). High levels of TC, Ca, and PTH were risk factors for hypertension (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hemodialysis patients are often accompanied by hypertension, which is related to the elevated levels of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone, so the high levels of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone are risk factors for hypertension. |
