      目的:探讨寒喘祖帕颗粒调节儿童支气管哮喘患者免疫平衡的临床研究。方法:选取我院收治的儿童支气管哮喘患者114例,随机分为对照组、观察组,57例/组;对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服,观察组予寒喘祖帕颗粒口服,连续治疗3 个月;检测治疗前后临床有效率、肺功能、血清免疫因子、C-ACT评分。结果:对照组总有效率84.21%, 观察组总有效率92.98%,两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各组患者治疗前各指标无差异(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者FVC、FEV1%、PEF%、IL-10、C-ACT显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较,观察组IL-17、IL-6显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:寒喘祖帕颗粒能够改善儿童支气管哮喘、调节患者免疫平衡的作用。

      Object: To investigate the effect of Hanchuan Zupa Granule on Regulation of Immune Balance in Children with Bronchial Asthma. Method: 114 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 57 cases in each group. The control group was given Montelukast sodium chewable tablets orally, while the observation group was given Han Chuan Zupa granules orally for 3 consecutive months. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function, serum immune factors and C-ACT scores were measured before and after treatment.Result: The total effective rate was 84.21% in the control group and 92.98% in the observation group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no difference in the indexes of each group before treatment (P > 0.05). Compared with before treatment, FVC, FEV1%, PEF, IL-10 and C-ACT in the two groups increased significantly (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hanchuan Zupa Granule can improve children"s bronchial asthma and regulate the immune balance of patients.
