| 目的：总结盛丽先教授根据三个激素治疗阶段分期辨治小儿频复发肾病综合征的临床经验。方法：分析盛师对小儿频复发肾病综合征病因病机的见解，阐述患儿三个激素治疗阶段及其中医辨证论治，总结盛师用药依据，并附临床验案一则。结果：盛师认为，小儿频复发肾病综合征病机本质为肺脾肾三脏皆虚，将其分为三个不同的激素治疗阶段，分别为激素重新诱导阶段，激素维持巩固阶段以及激素拖尾阶段。根据患儿所处的不同阶段加以辨证施治，肺脾肾三脏皆顾，并自拟固元汤，临床辨证加减，收效颇丰。结论：盛丽先教授通过50年的临床诊治经验，总结出三个激素治疗阶段分期辨治小儿频复发肾病综合征频的方法，主张肺脾肾三脏同治，标本兼顾，在临床取得了显著疗效，值得效法学习。 |

| Objective: Summarize Professor Sheng Lixian's clinical experience in the treatment of children with Frequent Recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome according to the stage of hormone treatment in three periods. Methods: To analyze the insights of Professor Sheng on the etiology and pathogenesis of children with Frequent Recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome, and to explain the three different hormone treatment stages of children and their TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, analyze the basis of drug use by Professor Sheng, and a clinical case. Results: Professor Sheng believes that the essence of the pathogenesis of Frequent Recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome in children is the malnutrition of lung, spleen and kidney. And they are divided into three different hormone treatment stages, namely hormone re-induction stage, hormone maintenance and consolidation stage and hormone tailing stage. According to the three different stages of the children's syndrome differentiation and treatment, lung, spleen and kidney are all treated, and the self-made Guyuan Tang make good effect in clinical syndrome differentiation and subtraction. Conclusion: Through 50 years of clinical experience, professor Sheng Lixian sums up the method of treating the children with Frequent Recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome in three stages of hormone therapy, and advocates the treatment of lung, spleen and kidney, and the treatment of specimens. It is worthy of study. |
