| 目的：探讨百令胶囊联合复方α-酮酸片对维持性腹膜透析营养不良患者疗效观察及对营养指标影响。方法：选择2017年2月至2019年2月期间收治的维持性血液透析营养不良患者94例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组47例与对照组47例。两组患者均采取常规对症治疗。观察组患者采用百令胶囊联合复方α-酮酸片治疗,对照组患者采用复方α-酮酸片治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后主要症状积分、主观综合性营养评估法(SGA)评分和营养指标变化,及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率(89.36%)高于对照组(70.21%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后食少纳呆、腹胀和倦怠乏力积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后食少纳呆、腹胀和倦怠乏力积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SGA总分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SGA总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血浆ALB、PA和TRE水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后血浆ALB、PA和TRE水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药期间均未发生肝肾功能、血常规异常,且未发生明显不良反应。结论：百令胶囊联合复方α-酮酸片对维持性腹膜透析营养不良患者疗效疗效,且可改善患者营养状况,不良反应少,用药安全性良好。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets on malnutrition in maintenance peritoneal dialysis (MPD) patients and its influence on nutritional indicators. Methods: The 94 patients with malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (47 cases). Both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with Bailing capsule combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets, while those in the control group were treated with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The therapeutic effect, main symptom score, subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment (SGA) score, nutritional index changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (89.36%) was higher than that of the control group (70.21%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of dietary deficiency, abdominal distension and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); after treatment, the scores of dietary deficiency, abdominal distension and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the total score of SGA in the two groups was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05); after treatment, the total score of SGA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The plasma levels of ALB, PA and TRE were higher in the two groups after treatment than before treatment (P<0.05); the plasma levels of ALB, PA and TRE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). There were no abnormal liver and kidney function and blood routine in both groups, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets is effective in the treatment of malnutrition in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis, and can improve the nutritional status of patients with fewer adverse reactions and good drug safety. |
