      目的:探讨湿疹患儿血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)水平的相关性及其与湿疹严重程度关系。方法:根据EASI评分选取52例湿疹患儿(中度26例、重度26例)及52例健康对照者,检测血清25-(OH)D3、IL-17、ECP水平,分析相关性及其与湿疹严重程度关系。结果:中度、重度湿疹组患儿血清25-(OH)D3水平明显低于健康对照组,而血清 IL-17、ECP水平明显高于对照组;重度湿疹组患儿血清25-(OH)D3水平低于中度湿疹组,而血清 IL-17、ECP水平高于中度湿疹组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清25-(OH)D3水平与湿疹严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.454,P=0.001);血清IL-17、 ECP水平与湿疹严重程度均呈正相关(r=0.830,P=0.000;r=0.484,P=0.000)。湿疹患儿血清25-(OH)D3水平与IL-17、ECP水平均呈显著负相关(r= -0.784,P=0.000;r=-0.640,P=0.001),血清ECP水平与IL-17水平呈正相关(r=0.583,P=0.000)。结论:25-(OH)D3、IL-17、ECP共同参与了婴幼儿中重度湿疹的发病,且与湿疹严重程度相关。此外,25-(OH)D3、IL-17及ECP之间存在一定相关性。

      [Objective] To investigate the correlation of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3], interleukin-17 (IL-17),eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) levels and the severity of eczema in infants with eczema.[Method]According to the EASI score, 52 children with eczema (26 cases with moderate eczema and 26 cases with severe eczema) and 52 healthy controls were selected to detect serum levels of 25-(OH)D3, IL-17 and ECP, and analyze their correlation and relationship with the severity of eczema.[Result] Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels in children with moderate and severe eczema were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group, while serum IL-17 and ECP levels were significantly higher than those in the control group.The serum 25-(OH)D3 level in the group with severe eczema was lower than that in the group with moderate eczema, while the serum IL-17 and ECP levels were higher than those in the group with moderate eczema, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Serum 25-(OH)D3 level was negatively correlated with the severity of eczema (r=-0.454, P=0.001), serum IL-17and ECP levels were positively correlated with the severity of eczema (r=0.830, P=0.000;R =0.484, P=0.000).Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels in infants with eczema were significantly negatively correlated with IL-17 and ECP levels (r= -0.784, P=0.000; r=-0.640, P=0.001), serum ECP level was positively correlated with IL-17 level (r=0.583, P=0.000).[Conclusion]The 25-(OH)D3, IL-17 and ECP are jointly involved in the incidence of moderate and severe eczema in infants and are correlated with the severity of eczema. In addition, there is a certain correlation between 25-(OH)D3, IL-17 and ECP.
