| 中医在治疗慢性湿疮方面有着鲜明特色和独到优势，国内医家治疗慢性湿疮各有心得，笔者整理分析了近年来中医内治辨证治疗慢性湿疮相关临床经验。各医家对慢性湿疮有湿、热、血虚、血燥、血瘀等不同的病因认识，其治疗始终以脏腑辨证为纲领，以求推动五脏生理功能的平衡。同时不少医家在脏腑辨证的基础上，亦将气血、部位三焦、季节时令、患者体质视为辨证要素和立法遣方的客观依据，体现整体观念和辨证论治的完美融合。 |

| ABSTRACT: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has distinctive features and unique advantages in the treatment of chronic eczema. Domestic doctors have their own experience in treating chronic eczema. This article collects and analyses the clinical experience of TCM internal treatment in the treatment of chronic eczema in recent years. Based on the etiology of dampness, heat, blood-deficiency, blood-dryness and blood-stasis in chronic eczema, the treatment of chronic eczema always takes syndrome differentiation of viscera as a guideline, in order to promote the balance of five viscera physiological functions. At the same time, many physicians regard Qi, Xue systems，meridian, season，patient constitution as the objective basis of treatment, so as to realize the perfect combination of concept of wholism and syndrome differentiation. |
