目的 观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)“足三里”穴对运动性疲劳大鼠心脏内分泌激素的影响,探讨其对运动性疲劳的心肌保护作用机制。方法 大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、TEAS组,每组7只。采用跑台运动法建立运动性疲劳模型,采用TEAS“足三里”穴预处理30min(连续波、频率2 Hz、强度5 mA)。通过大鼠力竭运动时间评价大鼠运动能力的变化,ELISA法检测脑钠素、尾加压素Ⅱ水平的变化。结果 模型组力竭运动时间(112.54±15.36)min,尾加压素Ⅱ含量(30.67±4.10)ng/ml,低于正常组(158.17±18.93)min、(45.82±6.31)ng/ml,P<0.01,模型组脑钠素含量(45.73±6.82)pg/ml,高于正常组(29.45±4.60)pg/ml,P<0.01;TEAS组力竭运动时间(146.53±16.42)min,尾加压素Ⅱ含量(38.49±5.16)ng/ml,高于模型组(112.54±15.36)min、(30.67±4.10)ng/ml,P<0.05,TEAS组脑钠素含量(32.46±5.39)pg/ml,低于模型组(45.73±6.82)pg/ml,P<0.05。结论 经皮穴位电刺激“足三里”穴对运动性疲劳大鼠有一定的保护作用,可消除或延缓运动性疲劳的产生,同时能升高脑钠素、尾加压素含量,对心肌疲劳有一定的保护作用。 |

ABSTRACT Objective To observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) of “Zusanli” (ST 36) on brain natriuretic peptide and urotensinⅡ in exercise-induced fatigue rats. Methods Twenty-one SD rats were randomly and equally divided into normal control, model and TEAS groups. Exercise-induced gatigue model was established by forcing the rat to run on a treadmill till exhaustion,once daily for 7 days. TEAS was applied to bilateral “Zusanli”(ST 36) for 30 min. Contents of brain natriuretic peptide and urotensin Ⅱ were measured. Results Compared with normal group, exhaustive exercise time(112.54±15.36 min) and urotensin Ⅱ levels (30.67±4.10 ng/ml)in model group were obviously reduced(P<0.01),while the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(45.73±6.82 pg/ml)in model group were obviously increased(P<0.01). In comparison with model group, exhaustive exercise time(146.53±16.42 min) and urotensin Ⅱ levels(38.49±5.16 ng/ml)in model group were obviously increased(P<0.05),while the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(32.46±5.39 pg/ml)in TEAS group were obviously reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS of “Zusanli”(ST 36) can protect myocardial fatigue in exercise-induced fatigue rats. |
