      目的:分析神经发育学疗法(NDT)联合全方位密集运动训练(ITP)对痉挛型脑性瘫痪(SCP)患儿运动功能和生活自理能力的影响。方法:选取本院收治的74例SCP患儿,随机分为对照组给予NDT治疗,观察组给予NDT联合ITP治疗,两组各37例。比较两组患儿治疗前和治疗后3个月精细运动功能测试(FMFM)量表、粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)量表和Barthel指数量表评分的差异。结果:对照组治疗后FMFM、GMFM和Barthel指数量表评分与治疗前比较,并无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后FMFM、GMFM和Barthel指数量表评分较治疗前显著增加,且治疗后各量表评分较对照组均明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:在NDT治疗的同时,联合应用ITP治疗可有效改善SCP患儿运动功能,提高患儿生活自理能力,临床疗效显著,因此值得临床应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To analyze the effect of neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT) combined with comprehensive intensive therapy program (ITP) on motor function and ability of daily living of children with spastic cerebral palsy (SCP). Methods: 74 cases of children with SCP in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group with NDT treatment and the observation group with NDT combined with ITP treatment, 37 cases in each group. The differences in scores of fine motor function measure (FMFM) scale, gross motor function measure (GMFM) scale and Barthel index scale were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment. Results: After treatment, FMFM, GMFM and Barthel index scale scores in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment (P>0.05). The scores of FMFM, GMFM and Barthel index scales in the observation group were significantly increased after treatment, and the scores of all scales were significantly increased after treatment compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In addition to NDT treatment, combined treatment with ITP can effectively improve the motor function of children with SCP and improve ability of daily living, with significant clinical efficacy, so it is worthy of clinical application.
