| 目的 观察琼玉膏治疗肺结核的临床治疗效果，以及琼玉膏对辅助性T细胞（t helper cell，Th）1、Th2免疫功能的影响。方法 临床选取60例初治菌阳肺结核患者，随机分成2组：琼玉膏+西药的治疗组和单纯西药的对照组。对照组予单纯西医标准抗结核治疗，治疗组在西医抗结核治疗的基础上，加用琼玉膏口服。治疗时间为4周。观察两组患者在治疗前后的临床效果；抽取患者外周静脉血，流式细胞术检测Th1、Th2细胞含量，进行统计分析。结果 琼玉膏治疗组与西医对照组的有效率分别为93.3%、80%，琼玉膏治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 ( P<0.05)；琼玉膏治疗组治疗后Th1含量显著升高（10.75±2.12）、Th2含量显著降低（2.28±1.22），差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 琼玉膏通过提高肺结核患者Th1含量、降低Th2含量，从而逆转Th1/Th2漂移，提高细胞外和细胞内抗结核效果，明显增加初治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。 |

| Objective To study the therapeutic effect and immunity reactions ,such as Th1、Th2 of the Qiongyu Gao on initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive bacteria. Methods 60 new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were selected and divided randomly into Qiongyu Gao group and control group, the control group were given anti-tuberculosis drugs, the Qiongyu Gao group were given anti-tuberculosis drugs plus Qiongyu Gao. to observe the clinical efficacy of them, measure the contents of Th1、Th2 in the plasma pretherapy and after cured 4 weeks, compare these values. Results After cured 4 weeks，in statistics, the clinical efficacy of Qiongyu Gao group（93.3%） was superior to control group（80%）；the values of Th1（10.75±2.12） were higher in Qiongyu Gao group, and the values of Th2（2.28±1.22） in Qiongyu Gao group were lower. Conclusions By improving Th1、reducing Th2 cells in patients, Qiongyu Gao can promote the effect of extracellular and intracellular antituberculosis therapy, improve the clinical effect of initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive bacteria. |
