| 目的 探讨九味镇心颗粒联合森田疗法对双相情感障碍维持期患者精神状况的改善作用。方法 选择本院2017年2月～2018年10月100例双相情感障碍患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例,对照组患者应用进行森田疗法,研究组患者同时给予九味镇心颗粒进行治疗。采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS量表)、杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)、自我效能感量表(GSES)评估抑郁、躁狂程度和自我效能感,评估生活质量。结果 研究组治疗后SDS总评分、YMRS评分为(42.05±3.78)分、(17.08±1.92)分,低于对照组治疗后(44.93±3.94)分、(19.19±1.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),研究组患者治疗后GSES评分和 生活质量评分分别为(22.86±2.31)分和(78.94±5.18)分,高于对照组治疗后(20.40±2.24)分和(73.64±5.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 九味镇心颗粒联合森田疗法治疗双相情感障碍维持期患者,能够显著改善患者的抑郁、躁狂状况,并能够显著提高患者自我效能感和生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the mental status improvement of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Morita therapy for the bipolar disorder patients during maintenance period.Methods 100 patients with bipolar disorder who were enrolled in our hospital from February in 2017 to October in 2018 were selected randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Morita therapy, and the patients in the study group treated with Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules at the same time.Zung"s Depression Self-Assessment Scale (SDS Scale), the Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS), and the Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used to assess depression,mania and self-efficacy, and assessed quality of life.Results The total SDS score and YMRS score of the study group were (42.05±3.78) points and (17.08±1.92) points, lower than those of the control group (44.93±3.94) points and (19.19±1.75) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), GSES score and quality of life score of the study group were (22.86±2.31) points and (78.94±5.18) points respectively, higher than those of the control group (20.40±2.24) points and (73.64±5.53) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Morita Therapy for the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder during maintenance, can significantly improve the patient"s depression and mania, and can significantly improve the patient"s self-efficacy and quality of life. |
