| 目的 探讨麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术中辅助殘腔内注射局麻肿胀液的临床应用价值。方法 选取2016年1月～2018年6月间我院行麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切手术患者396例,其中246例行麦默通手术辅助殘腔注射法(观察组),150例行单纯麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切手术(对照组),比较两种术式肿瘤完全切除率、术中出血情况。结果 麦默通手术辅助殘腔注射法可以有效地发现术中隐匿残留病灶以及术中搏动性出血情况。结论 在进行麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术同时殘腔注射局麻肿胀液有利于发现残留灶以及隐匿出血点,减少术后并发症的发生。 |

| Abstract：Objective： To investigate the application value of local anesthesia swelling fluid in the residual cavity of Mammotome during minimally invasive surgery.
Methods：Select 396 patients received Mammotome minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018. 150 patients received Mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection alone (control group) and 246 patients received local anesthesia swelling fluid in the residual cavity of Mammotome during minimally invasive surgery (observation group). Comparisons of complete resection rate and intraoperative hemorrhage between two surgical methods.
Results：Local anesthesia swelling fluid in the residual cavity of Mammotome during minimally invasive surgery can effectively detect hidden residual lesions and intraoperative pulsatile hemorrhage
Conclusion： In the minimally invasive resection of Mammotome, the local anesthesia swelling fluid has the potential to find residual lesions and intraoperative hemorrhage, and reduce postoperative complications. |
