| 摘要：目的 探讨益气健脾化积方对晚期结肠癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法 自2013年01月到2018年01月，收集我院收治的晚期结肠癌患者80例，并随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组患者行FOLFOX6方案化疗治疗；观察组则在对照组的基础上给予益气健脾化积方治疗，以治疗6周为疗效评价时点，采用统一疾病的判定标准和疗效判定标准，客观评价益气健脾化积方对晚期结肠癌患者近期临床疗效、免疫功能和生活质量的影响。结果 经过治疗后两组患者的近期临床疗效、免疫功能和生活质量的影响皆得到改善；然而，观察组的近期临床疗效的改善显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组的免疫功能的改善显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的生活质量的改善明显优于对照组( P＜0.05) 。结论 益气健脾化积方对晚期结肠癌患者免疫功能和生活质量皆得到改善，值得临床上广泛推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods From January 2013 to January 2018, 80 patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received FOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 12 weeks, the evaluation criteria of the unified disease and curative effect were used to objectively evaluate the curative effect of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction on the recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced colon cancer in two groups. Results After treatment, the effects of recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life were improved in both groups. However, the improvement of recent clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the improvement was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the improvement of quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and relieve stasis decoction improves the recent clinical efficacy, immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced colon cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
