| 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，它以骶髂关节和脊柱附着点炎症为主要症状，引起脊柱强直和纤维化。临床一般采取药物治疗，虽然疗效尚可，但若完全依赖药物，不仅价格昂贵，且副作用大［1-3］，患者需定期检查肝肾功能。整体观是中医的基本特点之一，它认为，人体是一个多层次、多方面、多结构的有机整体，各部分相互作用、互为牵制，任何一方产生的病理变化都会影响到其他部分，进而对整体造成损害。近年来，针灸作为中医传统治疗手段，因其临床效果显著，价格低廉，副作用小等优势，在治疗AS中逐渐发挥重要作用。本文运用整体观分析AS的病因病机，阐述古代针灸诊治思路以及现代针灸治疗的现状与不足，为以后针灸治疗AS提供新思路。 |

| [Objective]To explore the treatment of AS With the holism of the traditional Chinese medical.[Methods]Collecting and analysing the related literatures about the TCM’s treatment of AS over the past 15 years , According to the records of ancient books of TCM and clinical experience of the author, the etiology and pathogenesis,ancient and modern acupuncture treatment of AS by using the holism of the TCM were elaborated .Finally, Predicting the future development of Acupuncture with the holism of the traditional Chinese medical.[Result] At present, most of the treatment of AS by Acupuncture focuses on local treatment, which often ignores the whole body. In clinical treatment,the acupuncture treatment,based on the holism,should underline the combinition of the overall state of the human beings. It,moreover,identifies the pattern and seeks the disease,ascertains the main and collateral channels ,and administers the treatments.[Conclusion] We must learn to use the holisticof TCM to treat AS, which not only embodies the unique characteristics of TCM, but also obtains good curative effect in clinical treatment. |
