      目的 分析H型高血压患者脂联素(APN)、炎症标志物(超敏-C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α))水平以及与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法 选取符合纳入标准的原发性高血压患者160例,其中H型高血压组100例,非H型高血压组60例,并选取健康人群60例作为健康对照组。检测患者血清同型半胱氨酸、脂联素、炎症标志物浓度。结果 ①H型高血压组APN水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05),而炎症标志物(Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);②H型高血压组Hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均高于非H型高血压组(P<0.05);③Pearson相关及多元线性回归分析显示H型高血压组Hcy与Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α呈正相关(P<0.05),且TNF-α是Hcy的独立危险因素;而Hcy与APN呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者血清Hcy与APN和炎症标志物存在一定的相关性;高血压患者存在一定的炎症反应,且H型高血压患者可能存在更高的炎症反应。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the levels of adiponectin (APN) and inflammation markers (hypersensitivity-C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)) in patients with H-type hypertension And the relationship with homocysteine (Hcy). Methods We selected 160 patients with essential hypertension who met the inclusion criteria, including 100 patients with H-type hypertension and 60 patients with non-H hypertension. 60 healthy patients were selected as healthy controls. The patient"s serum Homocysteine, adiponectin and inflammatory markers were measured. Results ①The level of APN in H-type hypertension group was lower than that in healthy control group (P<0.05), while the levels of inflammatory markers (Hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P<0.01).②The Hs-CRP and TNF-α levels in the H-type hypertension group were higher than those in the non-H-type hypertension group (P<0.05).③Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis showed that Hcy was positively correlated with Hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the H-type hypertension group (P<0.05), and TNF-α was an independent risk factor of Hcy; Hcy and APN were present. Negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusions There was a certain correlation between serum Hcy and APN and inflammatory markers in patients with H-type hypertension;Hypertensive patients have a certain degree of inflammatory response, and H-type hypertensive patients may have a higher inflammatory response.
