      [摘要] 目的 探讨非热康普远红外线照射对血液透析患者内瘘血流量和功能的效果。方法 选择我院2017年1月-2018年7月血流量欠佳(180-200)ml/min的30例维持性血液透析患者,在喜辽妥涂抹、热敷基础上使用非热康普治疗仪照射,观察照射前后动静脉内瘘血流量(QB)、穿刺处的硬结及穿刺侧的手臂末端发凉、发麻等缺血症状的变化。结果 30例患者中,照射20次、40次、60次后的QB的值分别是(216.2±9.4)ml/min、(231.2±9.18)ml/min、(234.2±8.18)ml/min,均高于照射前(190.4±6.8)ml/min,差异均有统计学意义(p <0.05)。患者内瘘侧手臂穿刺处硬结减少或缩小的总有效率为95.2%。内瘘侧手臂末端发麻、发凉的缺血症状的好转率是81.3%。结论 非热康普远红外线照射有效改善血流量,减少长期反复穿刺而形成的硬结,改善内瘘患者手指末端发麻,发凉症状,值得临床推广和应用。

      Objective To investigate the effect of non-Huangkang far infrared irradiation on blood flow in hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients with poor blood flow (180-200) ml/min from January 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were treated with non-Hykampometer and observed for arteriovenous fistula before and after irradiation. Blood flow (QB), induration at the puncture site, and changes in the end of the arm at the puncture side, such as chills, numbness, and ischemia. Results In 30 patients, the QB values ??after 20, 40, and 60 irradiation treatments were (216.2±9.4) ml/min, (231.2±9.18) ml/min, (234.2±8.18) ml/min, respectively. All were higher than before irradiation (190.4±6.8) ml/min, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).The total effective rate of reduction or reduction of induration at the iliac crest of the patient was 95.2%.The improvement rate of ischemic symptoms of numbness and coldness at the end of the medial malleolus was 81.3%.Conclusion Non-Honkang far infrared radiation can effectively improve blood flow, reduce the induration formed by long-term repeated puncture, and improve the symptoms of numbness and coldness at the end of the finger caused by internal hemorrhoids.
