| 【】目的：探讨杭州市某三甲医院红皮病患者中重度低钾血症预后的主要影响因素,为制定早期的防治措施提供科学的依据。方法：采用病例对照研究方法收集2016年8月1日至2018年8月31日在该院皮肤科进行住院治疗且合并中重度低钾血症的红皮病患者,对与低钾血症预后相关的影响因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果：共调查60例红皮病患者,其中35例血钾恢复正常,25例未恢复正常。单因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、性别、合并高血压、合并糖尿病、利尿药、住院天数、基础低钾值、出现低钾的时间等8个指标有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素分析结果显示,住院天数、基础低钾值、出现低钾的时间,补钾方式,是影响血钾恢复的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论：针对红皮病合并中重度低钾血症患者,可结合其影响因素进行早期干预,以期尽快恢复血钾水平。 |

| 【】Objective：To explore the main influence factors of the prognosis of hypopotemia in dermatology inpatients in a top three hospital in hangzhou, so as to provide scientific evidence for the early prevention and treatment measures. Methods：case-control study was carried out to collect patients admitted to the department of dermatology of the hospital from August 1,2016 to August 31, 2018, who were associated with hypokalemia. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the influence factors related to the prognosis of hypokalemia. Results：A total of 60 patients were investigated, including 35 patients with normal serum potassium result and 25 patients without normal serum potassium. The results of univariate Logistic regression showed that age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, diuretic drug intake, hospitalization days, base low potassium value, time duration of low potassium were statistically significant (P<0.05). After adjusting the multivariate, it showed that hospitalization days, base low potassium value, time duration of low potassium were the three main factors influencing the potassium recovery (P < 0.05). Conclusion：For patients with skin disease combined with hypokalemia, early intervention can be combined with its influencing factors, in order to restore the serum potassium level as soon as possible. |
