      目的 探讨脑血管支架术后再狭窄形成过程中,血清组织蛋白酶S(CatS)和胱抑素C(CysC)的作用。方法 选取2007年3月至2017年1月在我院治疗的脑血管狭窄患者90例,随访观察患者术后再狭窄发生情况以及患者CatS和CysC变化情况。结果 随访发现术后出现脑动脉再狭窄患者22例,未出现脑动脉再狭窄患者68例;术前脑动脉狭窄程度越高的患者,其CatS和CysC水平越高,其中脑动脉狭窄程度>90%的患者,CatS和CysC水平最高;再狭窄组患者术后3个月、6个月CatS和CysC水平均明显高于无再狭窄组患者,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);再狭窄组△CatS和△CysC分别为(0.41±0.08)nmol/L和(0.19±0.09)mg/L,明显高于无再狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 血清CatS与CysC在脑血管支架术后再狭窄形成过程中起重要作用,监测血清CatS与CysC在评估再狭窄中有一定价值。

      Objective: Study on cerebral vascular restenosis after stent placement in the formation process of serum cathepsin S (CatS) and cystatin C (CysC) function.Methods: From 2007 March to 2014 January, 90 patients with cerebral vascular stenosis in our hospital treatment, follow-up observed patients with postoperative restenosis and CatS ,CysC changes.Results: Follow-up postoperative cerebral artery restenosis in 22 patients, no cerebral artery restenosis 68 patients; The higher the degree of preoperative arterial stenosis in patients, the CatS and CysC level is higher, cerebral artery stenosis the degree>90% patients, CatS and CysC levels in the highest; Restenosis group patients postoperative 3 months and 6 months CatS and CysC levels were significantly higher than that of non restenosis group of patients, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Restenosis group △CatS and △CysC were (0.41±0.08) nmol/L and (0.19±0.09) mg/L, significantly higher than the non restenosis group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Serum CatS and CysC in cerebral vascular stent restenosis formation process plays an important role , monitoring of serum CatS and CysC in the evaluation of restenosis has certain value.
