| 目的 分析颅内原发生殖细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法 对8例颅内原发生殖细胞肿瘤组织时行病理学观察,并结合文献对其临床病理特征进行分析。结果 颅内生殖细胞肿瘤的临床症状不特异,容易误诊和漏诊。其好发于松果体,镜下由均匀一致大多角形细胞组成,因为含有大量糖元,胞浆淡然或透明。细胞中央可见大的泡状核,通常含有一个或多个明显核仁,间质含有大量淋巴细胞和活化的巨噬细胞,免疫组化PLAP,OCT3/4,D2-40阳性。结论 临床病理特征在中枢神经系统原发生殖细胞肿瘤诊断及预后评估中具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of CNS germ cell tumors. Methods The pathological changes in 8 cases of CNS germ cell tumors were observed, and their clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed combined with scientific research reports. Results CNS germ cell tumors, whose clinical symptoms are not specific, are easy to misdiagnose and missed diagnosis. It occurs mainly in the pineal gland, and consists of uniformly large polygonal cells under the microscope, because it contains lots of glycogen, and the cytoplasm is indifferent or transparent. A large vesicular nucleus is seen at the center of the cell, usually containing one or more distinct nucleolus, with a large number of lymphocytes and activated macrophages, and immunohistochemical PLAP, OCT3/4, and D2-40 positive.
