| 在恶性肿瘤的治疗中，放疗和化疗作为主要治疗手段在临床上已经取得了确定的疗效，但是其不良反应严重限制了肿瘤的进一步治疗，特别是由骨髓抑制引起的一系列并发症严重阻碍了治疗的进展与效果。放化疗所致骨髓抑制的患者的病机特点主要为脾肾虚损，中医在治疗上以健脾补肾法为主。因此，通过健脾补肾法与放化疗的联用，不仅能保护骨髓、对抗放化疗所致的白细胞和血小板等减少的症状，确保放化疗进程的顺利完成，还能够进一步改善患者生存质量。 |

| In the treatment of malignant tumors, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, as the main means, have achieved definite effect in clinical, but the adverse reaction severely limited the further treatment of the tumor, especially a series of complications caused by bone marrow suppression have seriously impeded the treatment process. The pathogenesis characteristics of bone marrow suppressive patients caused by chemoradiotherapy were mainly caused by the deficiency of spleen and kidney, and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is based on invigorating spleen and kidney. Through the combination of invigorating spleen and kidney and chemoradiotherapy, It can protect the bone marrow, fight the reduction of white blood cells and platelets caused by chemoradiotherapy, ensure the smooth completion of chemoradiotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients. |
