| 《四诊抉微》是清代名医林之翰通过系统地收集总结古今有关四诊的精要,分类整理编撰而成。它是四诊合参具体应用的重要诊法书籍,对于中医诊断学有着详细系统的概括总结。然而当前学术界对于该书的研究甚少,笔者通过对《四诊抉微》全书的研究,归纳总结出林氏审慎继承,博采众长,望诊为首,四诊合参的学术思想；并提出书中妇人妊娠之验胎七征、外验四兆等更带有唯心主义色彩,应以审慎的态度参考学习,需理性分析对待。 |

| the famous doctor Lin Zhihan of the Qing Dynasty. It systematically collects and summarizes the essentials of the four diagnoses of ancient and modern times. It is an important diagnostic book for the specific application of the four clinics. It has a detailed and systematic summary of TCM diagnostics. However, there is very little research on the book in the current academic circles. The author has studied the book of the Four Diagnostics. In summary, Lin’s cautious inheritance, the use of others, the diagnosis of the head, the academic thinking of the four clinics and the participation of the participants; and the introduction of the women’s pregnancy test seven syndromes, the external inspection of four trillions, etc., with more idealism, should be prudent the attitude of reference learning requires rational analysis. |
