      目的:探究女贞子多糖(PLL)对LPS诱导的睾丸支持细胞炎性损伤中能量代谢的影响。方法:体外分离和培养大鼠支持细胞,分对照组、LPS组、LPS+低剂量PLL组、LPS +中剂量PLL组和LPS +高剂量PLL组。CCK-8检测细胞增殖;紫外分光光度法检测细胞培养液上清中ATP、LD 含量和LDH、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活力。结果 各组细胞增殖组间差异有统计学意义(F=152.30,P<0.01),LPS组与对照组相比细胞增殖率明显降低(P<0.01),而中剂量和高剂量LPS+PLL组与LPS组相比细胞增殖率增高 (P<0.01);各组细胞ATP和LD含量组间差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为57.44和52.31,P均<0.01),LPS组与对照组相比ATP和LD含量均明显降低(P均<0.01)。中剂量和高剂量PLL+LPS组与LPS组相比ATP和LD含量均有不同程度升高,(P<0.05或<0.01);各组细胞LDH、SDH活力组间差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为41.95和107.43,P均<0.01),LPS组与对照组相比LDH、SDH活力均明显降低(P均<0.01)。中剂量和高剂量PLL+LPS组与LPS组相比LDH、SDH活力均有不同程度升高,(P<0.05或<0.01)结论 女贞子多糖在LPS诱导睾丸支持细胞炎症反应过程中对细胞代谢具有保护作用.

      0bjective: To explore the efect of Ligustri Lucidi Ait Polysaccharide in Sertoli Cells Inflammatory injury Induced by LPS.Methods: The rats sertoli cells were separated in vitro and primarily cultured, and then grouping it with control group、LPS group 、LPS +low does LLP group、LPS+middle does LLP group and LPS+ high does LLP group. The cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8; LDH、SDH activity and ATP、LD concentration in cell culture medium was detected by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry。Results: The difference of cells proliferation in all groups was obvious(F=153.93,P<0.01). Compared with control group, The cell proliferation of LPS group was reduced (P<0.01), and compared with LPS group , these of LPS+ middle does LLP group and LPS+ high does LLP group were raised (P<0.01, respective);The difference of ATP、LD concentration and LDH、SDH activity in groups was obvious(F=57.44、52.31、41.95 and 107.43,P<0.01,respective), Compared with control group, LPS group’s ATP、LD concentration and LDH、SDH activity were reduced (P<0.01,respective). compared with LPS group, middle and high does LPS + LLP group’s ATP、LD concentration and LDH、SDH activity were gradual raised (P<0.05 or 0.01) Conclusion: Ligustri Lucidi Ait Polysaccharide plays a protective role in sertoli cells energy metabolism dysfunction under conditiong of oxidative damage induced by LPS.
