| 目的 观察肉桂艾绒直接灸治疗女性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。 方法 将60例女性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用肉桂艾绒直接灸治疗1次。对照组采用局部封闭注射治疗，7天1次, 3次为一疗程。两组患者均在治疗后3个月随访，评定治疗效果。结果：通过对两组患者治疗前后的比较观察，治疗组总有效率为96.67%，对照组总有效率为73.33%，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组的VAS评分均较前降低，且治疗组的评分低于对照组，差异有显著性（均P<0.05）。结论 肉桂艾绒直接灸治疗女性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎，可以取得良好的临床疗效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of direct moxa with Rougui for female radial styloid process stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods Sixty female outpatients were randomized into two groups,treatment group and control group.Each group includes 30 patients.Treatment group was treated with direct moxa with Rougui once. Control group was treated with partizlly closed once every 7 days,one treatment course was three times.After three months,all the patients in both groups were given follow-up observaction and evalute the results of the treatment. Results The comparision among the two groups before and after treatment showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and control group was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The difference between the two groups of VAS pain score was not obvious(P>0.05)，but it was obvious after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Radial styloid process stenosing tenosynovitis Direct moxa with Rougui has certain effect for female patients of radial styloid process stenosing tenosynovitis. |
