      【】目的 研究七氟醚预处理对脓毒症小鼠炎性体的影响。方法 将84只C57BL/6N小鼠随机分成四组:七sham组、七CLP组、氧sham组、氧CLP组,分别进行脓毒症造模后比较四组小鼠的生存率;肝、肺以及肾脏组织的炎性评分;腹腔灌洗液、肺灌洗液及血液中NALP3、Caspase1以及ASC mRNA表达水平。 结果 七CLP组与氧CLP组小鼠的生存率明显的低于七sham组与氧sham组(P<0.05),但七CLP组与氧CLP组之间比较无显著的差异(P>0.05);与氧sham组和七sham组比较,氧CLP组和七CLP组小鼠的肺、肝、肾组织炎症评分明显的升高,但七CLP组明显的低于氧CLP组,比较差异具有显著性性(P<0.05);与氧sham组和七sham组比较,氧CLP组和七CLP组小鼠的NALP3、ASC、Caspase1表达明显的升高,且七CLP组明显的低于氧CLP组,比较差异具有显著性性(P<0.05)。结论 七氟醚预处理能有效的降低脓毒症小鼠炎症水平,通过调节NALP3炎性体的活性实现的。

      :Objective To study the effects of sevoflurane preconditioning on inflammasome in septic mice. Methods 84 C57BL/6N mice were randomly divided into four groups: seven sham group, seven CLP group, oxygen sham group, and oxygen CLP group. After different treatments, the survival rate of four groups of miceliver, lung and kidney tissues were compared. Inflammatory score, NALP3, Caspase1 and ASC mRNA expression levels in peritoneal irrigation fluid、lung lavage fluid and blood. Results The survival rate of the seven CLP group and the oxygen CLP group was significantly lower than that of the seven sham group and the oxygen sham group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the seven CLP group and the oxygen CLP group (P>0.05). Compared with the oxygen sham group and the seven sham group, the lung, liver and kidney tissue inflammation scores of the oxygen CLP group and the seven CLP group were significantly higher, but the seven CLP group was significantly lower than the oxygen CLP group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); compared with the oxygen sham group and the seven sham group, the expression of NALP3、ASC、 Caspase1 mRNA in the oxygen CLP group and the seven CLP group was significantly increased, and the seven CLP group was significantly lower than the oxygen CLP group. Comparative differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane pretreatment can effectively reduce the level of inflammation in septic mice, which may be achieved by regulating the activity of NALP3 inflammasome.
