| 【】:目的 探讨新方法在大面积腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣的临床应用上的意义;改良手术方法,提高治疗效果。方法 应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣修复下肢大面积软组织缺损8例,皮瓣面积最大为28cm×15cm,通过栓塞小隐静脉的方法改良手术方式,以达到避免皮瓣淤血肿胀坏死的目的。结果 8例皮瓣全部成活,无静脉危象的表现,术后随访7-15个月,疗效满意。结论 通过简单易行的新方法尝试,更有利于大面积腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣成活,治疗效果良好。 |

| 【】：Purpose: Objective To explore the clinical significance of the new method in the treatment of large area sural neurovascular retrograde flap, and to improve the operative method and the therapeutic effect. Methods:8 cases of large soft tissue defect of lower extremity were repaired with sural neurovascular retrograde flap. The maximum area of the flap was 28*15cm.The operation method was improved by embolizing the small saphenous vein in order to avoid the congestion, swelling and necrosis of the flap. Results：All 8 flaps survived without venous crisis. The follow-up period was 7-15 months, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion：A new simple and easy method was tried, which was more conducive to the survival of the large area sural neurovascular retrograde flap, and the therapeutic effect was good. |
