      目的 考察普通胰岛素注射液和维生素C注射液配伍后的溶液稳定性。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定并比较配伍前后溶液中胰岛素的含量变化;考察在室温(25℃)下,分别静置0、0.5、1、2、4、6 h后配伍溶液的外观、pH值及其中胰岛素的含量变化。 结果 静置0、0.5、1、2、4、6 h后,不同浓度的普通胰岛素与维生素C注射液的配伍溶液外观为澄明无色液体;6 h内,pH值明显升高;不同胰岛素浓度下的配伍溶液与对照组胰岛素溶液中的胰岛素含量无明显差异;配伍溶液静置6 h内的胰岛素含量无明显下降。结论 0.016IU/ml及以下浓度的胰岛素与0.004g/ml维生素C的5%葡萄糖溶液稳定性良好。
英文摘要:
      Purpose Study on the stability of insulin with vitamin C . Methods To determine the content of insulin in the mixed solution and it in the simple solution,and to compare both of them by HPLC. At room temperature (25 ℃),these mixtures were investigated in terms of appearance, pH value and insulin content at 0,0.5,1,2,4,6 h. Consequence The mixed solution in different concentrations of insulin and vitamin C injection is clear and colorless at 0,0.5,1,2,4,6 h after mixing. Within 6 hours, the pH value was obviously increased. There was no significant difference in insulin content between the compatible solution and the control group at different concentrations of insulin.There was no significant decrease in insulin content of compatibility solution resting for 6 hours. Conclusion 5% glucose solution with 0.004g / ml vitamin C and insulin at or below 0.016 U / ml is stable.
