| 【】目的：观察柴芍承气汤加味在治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(hyperlimidemic acute pancreatitis,HLAP)中的临床效果及对三酰甘油、血淀粉酶、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNFa)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法：采用随机分组的方法将60例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者分为对照组(29例)和治疗组(31例),对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组(31例)在西医常规治疗基础上给予柴芍承气汤加味治疗,观察两组患者在腹痛、腹胀症状消失时间、恢复排气时间、住院时间及肿瘤坏死因子a(TNFa)、白介素-6(IL-6)、三酰甘油(TG)、血淀粉酶的变化情况。结果：与对照组比较,治疗组在腹痛缓解时间,腹胀消失、恢复排气时间及住院时间方面明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗后血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子a(TNFa)、白介素-6(IL-6)、生化指标三酰甘油(TG)、血淀粉酶的下降较对照组更明显, 差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 使用柴芍承气汤加味治疗高脂血症性胰腺炎,在缓解临床症状及恢复肠功能方面具有较好效果,能有效降低高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的三酰甘油、血清淀粉酶及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子a(TNFa)、白介素-6(IL-6)。 |

| 【】：Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the effects on triglycerides, blood amylase, tumor necrosis factor a (TNFa), interleukin-6 (il-6)of modified chaishao chengqi decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis. Methods 60 HLAP patients were randomly divided into control group (n=29) and treatment group(n=31), the control groupswere given Western medicine onventional treatment．Patients in the treatment group additionally used modified chaishao chengqi decoction. The recovery of clinic symptoms(abdominal pain disappearance time, abdominal distension disappearance time, recovery exhaust time), length of hospital stay were observed, Tumor necrosis factor a (TNFa), interleukin-6 (il-6), triglyceride (TG), blood amylase were determined．Results Comparing with the control group,distension abdominal pain disappearance time, abdominal distension disappearance time, recovery exhaust time and the length of hospital stay were Significantly shortened (P＜0.05). Serum inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor a (TNFa), interleukin-6 (IL-6), biochemical indices triglyceride (TG) and serum amylase decreased with statistically significantly (P＜.05).Conclusion Modified chaishao chengqi decoction in treating hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis could improve clinic symptoms and restoring intestinal function.can effectively reduce triglycerides, serum amylase, inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor a (TNFa) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. |
