| 【摘要】 目的 探讨乌灵胶囊联合棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射剂对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量和神经营养因子的影响。方法 选择2017年2月-2018年4月于我院就诊的精神分裂症患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组接受棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射剂治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用乌灵胶囊，治疗13周后观察两组临床疗效、PANSS评分、睡眠质量以及神经营养因子水平变化。结果 两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组PANSS评分较治疗前均明显降低（P<0.01），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗前后对照组PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后观察组PSQI评分较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01），且明显低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后两组BDNF、NGF、NT-3水平较治疗前明显升高（P<0.01），且观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 乌灵胶囊联合棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射剂治疗精神分裂症效果显著，可明显改善患者睡眠质量和神经营养因子水平。 |

| Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Wuling capsule combined with paliperidone palmitate injection on sleep quality and neurotrophic factors in early schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 80 early schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table method. The control group was treated with paliperidone palmitate injection and the observation group was treated with Wuling Capsule on the basis of the control group. After 13 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, PANSS score, sleep quality and neurotrophic factor levels were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, PSQI scores of observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01), and significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of BDNF, NGF and NT-3 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with paliperidone palmitate injection is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia, and it can significantly improve sleep quality and neurotrophic factor levels. |
