| 目的 观察物理震动排石治疗输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术术后残石的临床疗效。方法 将我科2016年07月至2018年07月收治的123例的肾结石行输尿管软镜碎石术的患者，随机分为观察组62例和对照组61例，对照组常规治疗、自然排石，观察组在对照组基础上予以体外物理震动排石，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组当日排石率、1周排净率、4周排净率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 物理震动排石治疗输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后残石，能促进结石排出、缩短排石时间、缓解排石疼痛，能够提高术后结石排出成功率，临床上可以适当推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of physical vibratory lithotripsy in the treatment of stone remnants after ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods Division 123 cases of kidney stone line soft ureter mirror lithotripsy in patients between July 2016 and July 2018,62cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 61cases, control group and observation group, compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results The daily stone discharge rate, weekly net discharge rate and 4-week net discharge rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Physical vibration row stone machine auxiliary soft ureter mirror holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of postoperative row of stones, kidney stones can promote calculous eduction, shorten the platoon stone time, relieve pain, can improve the success rate of postoperative calculi discharge, may be appropriately applied clinically. |
