| 雷公藤甲素是从雷公藤中提取分离到的环氧化二萜内酯化合物,有抗炎、免疫抑制、抗肿瘤和抗生育等多种药理作用。但雷公藤甲素由于其自身存在着生物利用度低、水溶性差、治疗窗窄等问题,且对生殖、消化、造血系统等都有较大的毒副作用,因此在临床中的应用被极大限制了。国内外医药工作者通过尝试开发雷公藤甲素的新型给药系统,在一定程度上降低了雷公藤甲素对机体的毒副作用。本文就近些年有关雷公藤甲素的新型给药系统研究进展进行综述,指出了现有的新型给药系统中存在的问题和缺陷,以期为今后更好地运用新技术和新设备,深入了解雷公藤甲素的体内药动学和作用机制,从根本上开发减毒增效的药物载体,使雷公藤甲素在临床的应用更为广泛。 |

| Triptolide is an epoxy diterpene lactone compound, which is extracted from Tripterygium WilfordiiHook.f.. It has anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, anti-tumor and anti-fertility effects. However, due to its low bioavailability, poor water solubility, narrow therapeutic window and other problems, triptolide has great toxic and side effects on reproductive system, digestive system and hematopoietic system and so on.So its clinical application is greatly limited. Domestic and foreign medical workers try to develop a new drug delivery system of triptolide, to a certain extent, to reduce the toxic and side effects of triptolide on the body. This article reviews the research progress of new drug delivery systems for triptolide in recent years, and points out the problems and shortcomings in the existing new drug delivery systems, in order to make better use of new technologies and equipment in the future, to understand the pharmacokinetics and mechanism of action of triptolide in vivo, and to develop attenuation and augmentation fundamentally. Effective drug carriers make triptolide more widely used in clinical practice. |
