| 目的：探讨慢性胃炎患者Hp感染及胃粘膜改变与中医证型的相关性。方法：将296例慢性胃炎患者分为肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证、脾胃虚寒证、胃阴不足证、胃络瘀阻证5个证型，观察各中医证候分布与Hp感染、胃镜象的关系。结果：1. 慢性胃炎中医证型分布规律为脾胃湿热型＞肝胃不和型＞脾胃虚寒型＞胃阴不足型＞胃络瘀血型。2. Hp感染率最高的是脾胃湿热型，脾胃湿热型、肝胃不和型的Hp感染率与其它三型的Hp感染率存在差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3. 肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证胃粘膜病变的发生率存在差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），脾胃湿热型及肝胃不和型中检出率最高的均为粘膜红斑。结论：慢性胃炎中医证型与Hp感染、胃粘膜改变存在一定的相关性。 |

| Objective：to investing the correlation of Hp infection and gastric mucosal lesions with syndrome type of TCM in chronic gastritis. Methods：296 cases of chronic gastritis were divided into five syndrome types: liver-stomach disharmony type, spleen-stomach dampness-heat type，spleen-stomach asthenia-cold type, stomach Yin deficiency type and stomach meridian stasis type. The relationship of distribution of TCM syndromes with Hp infection, gastric mucosal lesions was observed. Results:1.the distribution of chronic gastritis was spleen-stomach dampness-heat type，liver-stomach disharmony type，spleen-stomach asthenia-cold type，stomach Yin deficiency type and stomach meridian stasis type.2.The highest infection rate of Hp was spleen-stomach dampness-heat type. There was difference in the infection rate of Hp between spleen-stomach dampness-heat type, liver-stomach disharmony type and other three types(P<0.05).3.The incidence of gastric mucosal lesions in liver-stomach disharmony type and spleen-stomach dampness-heat type had a very significant difference(P<0.05). the detection rate of common gastroscope was mucosal erythema.Conclusion：TCM syndrome type of chronic gastritis has certain correlation with Hp Infection and gastric mucosal lesions. |
