| ［］ 目的 通过观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清 citron和polo样激酶的表达水平,探讨它们在肺炎支原体感染中的作用。方法 取 61例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿(轻症组35例与重症组26例)和 30 例健康儿童(对照组),ELISA法测定血清citron和polo样激酶的表达水平。结果 治疗前重症组和轻症组患儿血清citron和polo样激酶的表达水平均显著高于对照组(10.01±3.14 VS 4.09±1.65 VS 1.31±0.62 ng/mL； 4.54±1.23 VS 2.10±1.00 VS 0.77±0.30 ng/mL)(均P<0.01)；且重度组血清citron和polo样激酶蛋白的浓度显著高于轻度组(P<0.01)。治疗后轻度肺炎支原体肺炎组血清citron和polo样激酶的蛋白浓度显著低于治疗前组(2.72±1.09 VS 4.09±1.65 ng/ mL;1.30±0.64 VS 2.10±1.00 ng/mL)(均P<0.01)；重度肺组血清polo样激酶的蛋白浓度显著低于治疗前组(4.02±1.25 VS 4.54±1.23 ng/mL)(P<0.05)；两组中citron的蛋白浓度差异无统计学意义(9.52±2.99 VS 10.01±3.14 ng/mL)(P>0.05)。 结论 肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清citron和polo样激酶的表达水平升高,丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶在肺炎支原体肺炎的发生发展过程中可能起着非常重要作用,它们的血清浓度可反映肺炎支原体肺炎病情轻重的指标之一。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the potential roles of citron and polo like kinase in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, the expressions of serum citron and polo like kinase protein were observed. Methods 61 case of patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, including 35 mild case and 26 severe case, and 30 volunteers were obtained. Concentrations of serum citron and polo like kinase protein was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay methods(ELASA). Results The concentrations of citron and polo like kinase protein in severe pneumonia group and mild pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in control group(10.01±3.14 VS 4.09±1.65 VS 1.31±0.62 ng/mL；4.54±1.23 VS 2.10±1.00 VS 0.77±0.30 ng/mL, respectively)(all P < 0.01). Data also showed that the concentration of citron and polo like kinase protein in severe pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in mild pneumonia group (P<0.01). Moreover, in mild pneumonia group, the concentration of citron and polo like kinase protein at post-treatment were significantly lower than those at prior treatment, (2.72±1.09 VS 4.09±1.65 ng/ mL;1.30±0.64 VS 2.10±1.00 ng/mL, respectively)(all P<0.01).Furthermore, in severe pneumonia group, the concentration of polo like kinase protein at post-treatment were significantly lower than that at prior treatment(4.02±1.25 VS 4.54±1.23 ng/mL)(P<0.05), while no significance was observed about concentration of citron protein between those two groups(9.52±2.99 VS 10.01±3.14 ng/mL)(P>0.05 ). Conclusion Dater shows that lever of citron and polo like kinase were elevated in patiens with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. It was indicated that serine/threonine protein kinase may be play very important role in the proceed and development of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia disease,the concentration of them in serum may be looked as markers of ill condition. |
