| 目的：系统评价补肾活血复方中药对照非甾体类抗炎药治疗膝骨关节炎及药物安全性。方法：检索CNKI、VIP、Wan-Fang、CBM数据库中有关补肾复方中药与非甾体类抗炎药的随机和半随机对照临床试验，检索时限至2018-06-30。由2名研究者依据纳入排除标准独立筛选文献、提取数据、并行文献质量评价，运用RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。结果：补肾活血中药复方与非甾类抗炎药间的差异无统计学意义[总有效率:RR=1.05, 95%CI(1.00, 1.10),P>0.05]；补肾活血复方联合非甾体类抗炎药总有效率高于非甾体类抗炎药，两者有统计学差异[总有效率:RR=1.20, 95%CI(1.12, 1.29),P<0.05]；不良事件以胃肠反应为主。结论：补肾活血复方治疗膝关节炎的总有效与非甾体类抗炎药相当，两者联合运用较单纯使用西药更有优势，但基于现有研究缺陷，结论尚需高质量的随机对照试验予以证实。 |

| Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of Compound Chinese Medicine for Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood versus Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in knee osteoarthritis. Methods CNKI, VIP, Wan-Fang, and CBM databases were searched up to June 30, 2018 for relevant randomized and quasi-randomized controlled clinical trials of addressing the efficacies of Compound Chinese Medicine for Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood versus Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in knee osteoarthritis. Two reviewers independently selected literature, extracted data, and assessed the quality of included trials. Data extraction from eligible studies was pooled and meta-analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: The Meta-analysis results indicated that there was no significant difference between Compound Chinese Medicine for Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood and Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs[RR=1.05, 95%CI(1.00, 1.10),P>0.05]. The total effective rate in combination group were significantly higher than control group[RR=1.20, 95%CI(1.12, 1.29),P<0.05]. The difference were statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of Compound Chinese Medicine for Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood is similar to non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The therapeutic effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine has more advantages.However, owing to the research defects, further work based on high-quality randomized controlled trials is needed to determine the role of Chinese Herbal Medicines in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. |
