| 目的：探讨针刺联合股神经阻滞对膝关节置换术后患者效果观察及对患者膝关节功能影响。方法：选择我院于2016年1月至2018年1月收治的行膝关节置换术患者105例，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组54例与对照组51例。观察组采用针刺联合股神经阻滞治疗，对照组仅采用股神经阻滞治疗。比较两组疗效，治疗前后VAS评分、HSS评分和关节活动度。结果：观察组优良率（87.04%）高于对照组（64.71%）（P<0.05）。两组治疗后VAS评分降低（观察组：t=29.308，对照组：t=9.885，P<0.05）；观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组（t=15.334，P<0.05）。两组治疗后HSS评分增加（观察组：t=26.566，对照组：t=13.591，P<0.05）；观察组治疗后HSS评分高于对照组（t=7.710，P<0.05）。两组治疗后关节活动度增加（观察组：t=16.517，对照组：t=7.718，P<0.05）；观察组治疗后关节活动度高于对照组（t=10.805，P<0.05）。结论：针刺联合股神经阻滞对膝关节置换术后患者效果显著，镇痛效果显著，且可明显改善患者膝关节功能，值得临床借鉴。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with femoral nerve block on knee joint function after knee arthroplasty. Methods: 105 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (51 cases). The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with femoral nerve block, while the control group was only treated with femoral nerve block. The efficacy, VAS score, HSS score and range of motion of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: the excellent and good rate (87.04%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (64.71%) (P<0.05). The VAS score of the two groups decreased after treatment (observation group:t=29.308, control group:t=9.885, P<0.05); the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (t=15.334, P<0.05). The HSS score of the two groups increased after treatment (observation group:t=26.566, control group:t=13.591, P<0.05); the HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (t=7.710, P<0.05). The joint activity of the two groups increased after treatment (observation group:t= 16.517, control group: t=7.718, P<0.05); the joint activity of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (t=10.805, P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with femoral nerve block has a significant analgesic effect on patients after knee arthroplasty, and can significantly improve the knee joint function, which is worthy of clinical reference. |
