| 目的：观察祛风止痛胶囊联合美洛昔康片治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎疗效。方法：80例膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者采用随机分组方法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予美洛昔康片口服,观察组给予祛风止痛胶囊和美洛昔康片口服,均治疗8周。观察临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、生活质量评价量表(CIVIQ)评分及不良反应。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组CIVIQ各项评分(社会活动、精神心理、体能、疼痛)均优于对照组(P均<0.05),两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：祛风止痛胶囊联合美洛昔康片治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎疗效显著,不良反应低。 |

| Clinical observation of dispelling wind and stopping pain capsule combined with Meloxicam Tablets in treating knee osteoarthritis due to cold dampness obstruction
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qufeng Zhitong Capsule combined with Meloxicam Tablets on knee osteoarthritis of cold dampness obstruction type. Methods: 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases. The control group was given meloxicam tablets orally, while the observation group was given Qufeng Zhitong capsule and meloxicam tablets orally for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale (VAS), knee joint score (HSS), quality of life scale (CIVIQ) and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the HSS score was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the CIVIQ scores of the observation group (social activities, psychosocial, physical, pain) were better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups. Statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Qufeng Zhitong Capsule combined with Meloxicam Tablets is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis of cold dampness obstruction type with low adverse reactions.
