| 摘要：目的：基于现代中医文献数据，运用数据挖掘分析技术，探讨分析中医药治疗癌因性疲劳用药规律；方法：检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普期刊全文数据库公开发表的关于中医药治疗癌因性疲劳相关文献，根据纳入、排除标准筛选后，收集方剂，利用EXCEL 2010建立数据库，采用SPSS 19.0进行频数、聚类分析方法进行数据挖掘，探讨治疗癌因性疲劳药物频次、频率及用药规律；结果：对筛选出的26首方剂进行分析，使用频率前三位的药物为白术、甘草、茯苓，对使用频率前10味药物进行聚类分析，第一类药物为当归、大枣、黄芪、甘草、白术，第二类药物陈皮、半夏，第三类药物熟地黄、白芍，第四类药物党参、茯苓；结果：聚类分析中医药治疗癌因性疲劳用药规律，为癌因性疲劳临床用药提供参考。 |

| Abstract: Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cancer related fatigue based on data mining. Methods Therelevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cancer related fatigue were searched in the Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Internet and VIP database. After screening by relevant standards, the medication information of related prescriptions were collected to establish the database．SPSS 19.0 was used for frequency and cluster analysis to perform data mining, the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer related fatigue were investigated. Results The top 3 highest frequency medicines were baishu, gancao, fuling. By cluster analysis by SPSS software, 10 Chinese medicines could be clustered into four kinds, the first kind included danggui, dazao, huangqi, guanaco, baishu, the second kind included banxia, chenpi, the third kind was shudihuang, baishao, the forth kind was dangshen, fuling. Conclusion Cluster analysis medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cancer related fatigue, which can provide reference for treatment of cancer related fatigue. |
