| 通过总结茹清静教授治疗浙江省登革热的中医经验，包括登革热的病名渊源、病因病机及辨证用药等，以期为登革热的中医治疗提供区域性诊治经验。茹教授认为，该病属于中医学的“瘟疫”范畴，目前可称为“登革热”或“登革热疫”以示区分。其病因病机包括湿邪挟热于内与疫毒侵于肌表。据发病时间及正邪盛衰可分两期四型辨证论治，治疗上急性期以清热、解毒、利湿为主，恢复期顾护正气的同时亦需清利余邪。 |

| By summarizing the TCM experience of Professor Ru Qingjing in treating dengue fever in Zhejiang Province, including the disease origin, etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation, etc., in order to provide regional diagnosis and treatment experience for dengue fever. Professor Ru believes that the disease belongs to the category of "plague" in TCM. It can be called "dengue fever" or "dengue fever epidemic" to distinguish it at present. The etiology and pathogenesis of dengue fever include the existence of damp and heat and the import of the virus from muscle and skin. He says it can be divided into two periods and four types on syndrome differentiation according to the length of disease and predominance or decline of pathogenic factors and healthy qi. In terms of treatment, he insists that it is mainly to clear away heat, detoxification and dampness in the acute phase, and remove the rest pathogenic factors while we take care of healthy qi during the recovery period. |
