| 【】目的 观察腕踝针配合综合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响。方法 将132例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各66例。两组均给予常规内科治疗与康复训练,对照组在上述基础上予常规针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予腕踝针疗法,两组均治疗4个疗程。观察并比较两组治疗前后两组洼田饮水试验、X线电视透视法(VFSS)及吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分的变化情况,同时还观测两组治疗前后治疗有效率。结果 两组患者治疗后洼田饮水试验、VFSS、SWAL–QOL评分均显著优于治疗前,且观察组患者VFSS与SWAL–QOL评分还优于对照组；在治疗有效率方面观察组可达95%,显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 腕踝针配合康复训练,可协同改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能,并提高吞咽障碍患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods：132 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with digital table method,66 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation, medical treatment and acupuncture. The treatment group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture and on the basic treatment of the control group. The treatment group were treated e for 4 weeks. the changes of Guitian water-drinking experience,SWAL-QOL and VFSS before and after treatment were observed, the total effective rate of the two groups were compared too. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 95% and 86.6% respectively (P<0.05). After treatment,Guitian water-drinking experience, VFSS and SWAL-QOL score of two groups were significantly higher,what’s more, VFSS and SWAL-QOL score the treatment group significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on dysphagia after stroke has a good therapeutic effect, with an significance for the recovery of swallowing function. |
