| [Objective]Discussion and promotion academic ideas and clinical experience of Professor Wu Yusheng in treatment of hepatic carcinoma.[Method]With the method of following Prpfessor Wu,from the pathogenesis,medical treatment ,medication characteristic to expound the academic viewpoints and clinical experience of Prpfessor Wu in treating hepatic carcinoma, summarize his prescription characteristics,and exemplify that.[Results]Professor Wu thinks that the key pathogenesis is the formation of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,he emphasizes the treatment based on the combination of disease,syndrome and symptom.Professor Wu treat hepatic carcinoma based on disease differentiation firstly,which can utilize the adventage of modern western medicine to name of disease and then treat hepatic carcinoma based on syndrome differentiation.It’s good for experience summary.For treating hepatic carcinoma based on syndrome differentiation as auxiliary,which means to emphasize the primary symptom and embody the idea of treating secondary symptoms in acute diease.Professor Wu emphasizes the theory of liver belonging to Yin in physique and Yang in function,and He is good at using with nsect drugs and it has achieved a satisfactory clinical curative effect.[Conclusion] The clinical experience of Professor Wu treatment of hepatic carcinoma is effective and worth to be summarized and popularized. |
