      目的 用静息态功能磁共振成像技术研究髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病患者大脑功能连接特点。方法 扫描经过严格筛选的20例髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病患者和20名健康志愿者的静息态功能磁共振数据,用双样本t检验从感兴趣区和网络水平分别分析两组与阿尔茨海默病认知功能有关的默认网络、控制网络、背侧注意网络、感觉运动网络和突显网络。结果 实验组矩阵强度较正常对照组显著性降低;两组间感兴趣区水平差异显著的脑区主要有左侧前顶内沟、左侧运动皮层、后扣带回、右侧初级视觉皮层、右侧顶叶、右侧初级听觉皮层、右侧后顶内沟、右侧前顶内沟、右侧运动皮层。而网络水平分析提示两组间的默认网络、背侧注意网络和感觉运动网络的平均z值具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 髓海不足型阿尔茨海默病患者静息态脑功能连接存在异常改变,其改变对该病的脑功能机制有重要意义。

      Objective To explore the characteristics of the Sbrain’s functional connectivity of patients with Alzheimer’s disease of medullary insufficiency type in the use of resting state fMRI (rs-fMR). Methods 20 patients with Alzheimer’s disease of medullary insufficiency type and 20 healthy volunteers were enrolled and scanned by rs-fMRI. 36 regions of interest whose radius is 6 mm in the Default Mode Network, Dorsal Attention Network, Salience Network and Sensoriotor Network of both two groups were studied and the two sample t test was used to analyze the functional connectivity in the levels of regions of interest and network. Results The intensity of matrix of patients group is significantly lower than that of volunteers; in the level of regions of interest, that of remarkably differences between the two groups are concentrated in left motor cortex, left anterior intraparietal sulcus, posterior cingulate cortex, right primary visual cortex, right posterior intraparietal sulcus, right superior Parietal, right anterior intraparietalsuicus, right motor cortex and right primary auditory cortex; in single network level, the average z values in Default Mode Network, Dorsal Attention Network and Sensoriotor Network of the two groups have remarkable differences. Conclusions In the resting state, abnormal changes are found in the SBrain’s functional connectivity of patients with Alzheimer’s disease of medullary insufficiency type. Revealing these changes is of crucial significance for the study of the brain functional mechanism of the Alzheimer’s disease of medullary insufficiency type.
